Love this place, best soul food around, I don't mind driving 30 miles up from Raleigh. The all-you-can-eat element gives you the chance to try a little bit of everything which I recommend that you do. The food is great of course, the people are very friendly, the turkey wings, smothered pork chops, and the turnip greens are my favorites but be sure to try the honey bun cake which is exactly what it sounds like. And hey, if you ever wanted to try pigs feet this is the place to do it! Don't let the modest accommodations deter you, everybody knows you don't get the best soul food at a country club!

Imagine a friend's granny greeting you as she proudly showed off the vittles. This unpretentious restaurant is a haven of childhood-inducing soul food and a choice of homemade pies and cakes, all for a very reasonable dine in price of 13.00. Like the hottest said, you can't pile it all on one plate but no worries as this is an all-you-can-eat establishment. Just like at granny's place as a kid, I found myself watching Little House on the Prarie while eating my lunch. Wish more of these local gems were around!

Some of the best food I have had in a while. It's super close to where we live, and they offer take-out. Prices are also not bad at all. Buffet had a lot of options, and we will definitely be back.
